So, Friday. Much, much, much better than Thursday. Just because it's Friday and tomorrow is Saturday and I can sleep late. The wonders of the world. :-)

I've gotten my Picasa web up and some other stuff up and running--it's just a matter of time before I finally figure this computer out fully and where everything is. I've had it for three whole years, too. I've been playing around with my pictures and I finally get how to use Picasa and edit pictures. Ah, sigh.

We've started talking about the election today in civics, and what issues we think are most important for the candidates to discuss. My table's top five:

• Global warming


• Drafting (for the war)


• The war


• The environment


• Poverty/taxes

But there were tons others, too. It's actually kind of cool to think about what's really going to affect us in the very near future. The things we learn about in school are finally starting to matter. :-) New favorite song: "Heels Over Head" by Boys Like Girls. And my new fave pic:
