yowch. yowch. ahh-yowch.

I hurt.
Since I started track yesterday, my toes, my legs, my arms, and my abs (or what's supposed to be abs, anyway) hurt. Not hurt, ache. So much. I couldn't even get out of bed this morning, and it took me almost a minute to limp down the stairs. It's like an exercise hangover. Not that I've ever experienced a hangover, or anything, but I think my whole body is probably in hangover mode, running-wise.
On the brighter side, I'm doing terribly in math and I have a test Friday.
