all-time favorites.

Everyone has their favorites; favorites are like comforts, a soft thing to reach for when you're in a bad mood. Whether it's a song or a T-shirt or a book or whatever, everyone's got em. I'm talking about songs today, though.
For me, there are a few songs that have lasted throughout the ebb and flow of change in music over the years. There are a few songs I can turn to and listen to no matter what my mood. My all-time favorite is "Mr. Brightside," by the Killers. It's just a great song and I can listen to it a bazillion times over and not get bored. Seriously. Another is "Who Knew," by Pink. And FYI, I totally loved that song like a year before it even came out, because I saw the music video on MTV Hits (MTV has a separate channel for music videos now--it's so stupid) and I loved it and God, I am rambling. Anyway, what are your faves, the ones that have been there for crazy amounts of time and aren't going away anytime soon? Another for me is "Camisado" by Panic at the Disco. And "Before He Cheats" by Carrie Underwood. Everyone else got bored of those songs soooo quickly; I haven't. So there.
Well, yeah. Do you have anything like that? Crutches, things you have to hold onto despite being years old??
