april fool's!

You know me. I love spring. And pretty much marking the beginning of spring is April Fool's Day, which happened yesterday, for those of you that may not have gotten the memo. So many great things have sprung from April Fool's Day. I mean, there's my Blond of the Day list celebrating the biggest April fool--a blond. And there was that classic spaghetti tree thing those college kids did, like, years ago. And there was that...oh, I could go on for days. Anyway. Yesterday my favorite morning show on my favorite radio station, Z100 (Y100 in Miami and Max 106.3 in Pennsylvania), played what's going to become a classic with radio stations everywhere. See, one of the guys on the morning show pretended to steal Joe Jonas's phone number (of Jonas Brothers fame) from one of the women's purses. And then he proceeded to give out the number on the air. Well, of course it wasn't Joe Jonas's phone number. It was a phone number that was in the Z100 studios. Over 10,000 people called the number and left messages for Joe Jonas. So this morning the morning show played some of the best messages. It was hilarious! You can check it out on their website. I actually copied down the number for my friend, who is a complete Jonas Brothers fan, but then I forgot to give it to her anyway, so it didn't really matter. Oh, my God--this morning while I was getting dress, I was rolling on the floor laughing! Gotta love it!!
