envious!!/raob #5

So today, as an early gradution present I was granted a brand-new cell phone, the LG enV2. Oh, it's so pretty :) I'm so happy with it. Well, we were at the mall, and the woman ringing up my phone was activating my new one and deactivating my old one. I was trying to squeeze out the last possible usage of my old LG I possibly could--sending one last text. And then my phone was deactivated so it wouldn't go, and I was so confused. I was like, "Wait! Why isn't this working? Um, it's supposed to be working!"
Everyone gave me a look and rolled their eyes at me, and that's when I realized my old phone was now defunct (something I'd been waiting to hear for a while now!). Ahh, sweet victory, in the form of the lighter, more pretty/fun enV2 in my hand in its shiny new leather case. Another blond moment I thought I should inform you of: I gave my old phone to the guy for him to transfer my contacts over. And, well, the phone was still locked. My friends mentioned today that my hair is getting blonder and blonder as summer creeps closer.
Oh, and then to top off my wonderful day (last day of finals, went to Rita's + tried a new gelati combo, brand-spankin-new phone, some great news from my aunt, yada-yada-yada), we stopped in at Johnny Rocket's and got milkshakes. Btw, their chocolate peanut butter milkshake is aMAZing, even though everyone gagged when I ordered it.
I'm telling you guys, it was soooo yummy. Like a slap to the cerebrum.*
