random updates.

my camera:

• it's fixed. thank you, grandpa. somehow he popped the lens back to the right angle. thanks. =]
• apparently it costs MONEY to text pics from my phone to my email...i had no idea.

baseball:

• yeah, more of it. this week is the districts. which is...important? yeah. important.

music/tv/entertainment (ha. ha.):

• as far as music, well, boys like girls have a new music video for "thunder." and the song is great. the video is blehhh. generic. quite boring and bland, actually.
• as far as music (again), cute is what we aim for's new album comes out, um...tomorrow? yeah. tomorrow. it's called rotation. you can find the vid for the first song somewhere on the web. i'm a little lazy right now.
• as far as tv, i've been watching cheesy mtv shows (i.e., My Super Sweet 16, that Legally-Blond-on-Broadway thing, Made, TRL) and pete wentz's mtv show, fnmtv, which is actually pretty good and is where i saw the music video for "thunder" (see above)
• as far as entertainment, um, baseball. that, and my friends. they are amusing. and i j'adore their texts. oh, and some people's comments here: they make me giggle.

the ice pop diet:

• another ellie commented on this. the ice pop diet. it's basically, um, consuming scary amounts of ice pops. and nothing else. not that i don't eat other things, but ice pops are pretty high up there as for what i eat during the summer. they're just so goshdarn yummy.

lazy summer days:

• today was a pretty good example of a lazy summer day. i didn't get up until ten thirty (keep in mind, i wake up at five-fifty every morning for school, ahh sweet relief) and i didn't change out of my pajamas until five-thirty p.m. when i had to go to pat's baseball game. which they won, btw.

to-do list:

• configure graduation spending. (shorts, bathing suits, flip flops, sunglasses. rinse and repeat as needed.)
• wash face and brush teeth.
• finish writing story--contemplate ending.
• contemplate ending of next story.
• organize shoe section of closet.
• join pool club!!
• put sweatshirts away. will not need. seriously.
• post next fire hydrant chronicles.
• post (last?) cameraphone pics. which cost me more than they should have.
• pay mindy back for ringtones.
• bathe jack? he smells.
• run.
• charge phone! must not have phone die again! espesh not at baseball game. must charge. daily.
• clean kitchen for mom.
• transfer pics from camera to computer. post.

summer reading.

• finished love, stargirl and the truth about forever. second time reading both. both were good. both made me think. both made me want to write a book that makes people think.
• am reading one of pat's cheesy baseball books by mike lupica until i can make it to b&n or the library. i think i'm gonna start the tao of pooh and get it over with.
